Tad T. Chikuami, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force electrical engineer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by daughters Jean M. Yamamoto and Dale S.C. Hahn, brother Roy and three grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
