73Tsugie "Ethel" Okazaki, 89, of Honolulu, a retired seamstress, died at home. She was born in Haiku, Maui. She is survived by husband Isamu "Lefty;" sons Warren I. and Craig I.; daughters Arlene T. Shimokawa, Joyce E. Mikami, Leila Y. Kumei and Clytie Y. Kaneshiro; sisters Marilyn M. Takeshita, Thelma T. Kokubun and Florence F. Lew; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
