75Shirley Anne Dronsfield, 82, of Koloa, Kauai, a retired state Department of Transportation Harbors Division secretary, died at home. She was born in WaKeeney, Kan. She is survived by son William "Bill" Jr., daughters Vicki Taylor and Karen Carvalho, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3358 Waikomo Road, Koloa. Services: 2 p.m.
