Alfreda Kaoionapuaonalani Kahalewai "Kal‘oi" Kaimikaua, 61, of Makakilo, an Alu Like cultural specialist, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by hanai daughter Kianna M.S. Kahalewai; brothers Alfred M. Jr., Richard C.K. and Russell H.K. Kahalewai; and sisters Melvamay M. Kahalewai and Mabel H. Avilla.
