Roy Manuel Kaaumoana Barrett, 82, of Waianae, a retired Honolulu Fire Department captain and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons William K. and Roy M. Jr., daughtersRoyalette K. Kealoha and Roxanne Felisi, brother Walter, 26 grandchildren, 9 hanai grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Rita's Church, 89-318 Farrington Highway, Nanakuli. Services: 11 a.m. Scattering of ashes:12:30 p.m. at Leeward Kai Canoe Club.
