73Flora Yuk Kaai-Tuitele, 69, of Waianae, a homemaker, died in Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Nelson Tuitele; sons George Jr., Mason and Guy Koa, David Kaluhiokalani and Tracy Perkins; daughters Lucille, Rachel and Aida Koa, Cindy Brinton and Rusielyn Smith; 28 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Kaala Baptist Church. Services: 11 a.m. Aloha attire.
