He is survived by wife, Mary Otani; sons, Neal (Janis) Otani, Dwight (Trese) Otani; daughters, Joyel Horita, Karen (Hugh) Wakuzawa; sisters, Ellen Park, Arlene (Ray) Kakimoto, Judy (Hideo) Tanaka, Gail (Reuben) Shimabukuro; 10 grand-children; 4 great-grandchildren.
