74Phyllis Sutton Maffi, 69, of Kailua-Kona, a legal secretary and Plumber and Pipefitters Union secretary, died in Kealakekua, Hawaii. She was born in Pueblo, Colo. She is survived by husband Richard, sons Gregory A. and Radley K. Muller, stepsons Terry and Greg, stepdaughter Jennifer Bernard, sister Nancy Colegrove and eight grandchildren. Private services.
