81Ramon Philamon Quizon, 79, of Waianae, a retired automotive mechanic for Shell Service Station in Waianae, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Helen L.; son Ramon M.; daughters Yvette H. and Alexis L. Quizon, and Debbie K.
