Alfred Giichi Matsuse, 79, of Honolulu, a retired S&M Sakamoto foreman and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Kilauea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Peggy Y.; son Lon G.; daughter Lynne A. Inouye; sisters Hinae Okinaka, Masae Kogawara, Charlotte I. Fujitani, Vivian M. Matsuse and Grace S. Hasegawa; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: noon. Casual attire. No flowers.
