Allison J. Wilmet Chong, 74, of Kaneohe, a retired Finance Factors manager, Census Bureau field operator and a National Guard veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Theresa, sons Allison Jr. and Christopher, daughters Cherilyn Varde and Carolyn Furtado, brother Michael, six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
