John F. Austin Jr., 79, of West Falmouth, Mass., and Honolulu, a real estate developer, John Hancock Insurance agent and an Air Force veteran who served during the Korean War, died at home. He was born in Boston. He is survived by sons John F. III and William B., daughter Lori A. Spilhaus and six grandchildren. Private services. No flowers.
