Clarence Yotaro Kawahigashi, 86, of Honolulu, a retired Army chief warrant officer and a retired insurance agent, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons David and Jim M., hanai son Michael Tanaka, brothers Francis H. and Ted S., and four grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
