Harold "Hal" Martin, 73, of Kalaheo, Kauai, founder of Martin Steel Constructors Inc., died. He was born in Peoria, Ill. He is survived by wife Marjorie; sons Todd, Troy and Christopher; brothers Ron and Phil; sister Tricia Gentry; and four grandchildren. Services pending.
