78Robert Tamotsu Sera, 90, of Wailuku, a retired state Occupational Safety and Health branch manager, died at home. He was born in Makawao, Maui. He is survived by wife Michie, daughter Stephanie Borges, sister Joyce Sonobe, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation:4 p.m. Friday at Ballard Family Mortuary.
