Ernest Yoshio Kotada, 68, of Pearl City, a University of Hawaii print shop technician and an Army Reserve veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Lorraine M., daughter Shari M. Petralia, brothers Raymond and Dennis, sister Hazel Tanaka and two grandchildren. Private services.
