Victoria Naipuone Kiesel Niihau Wago, 52, of Waimanalo, a domestic engineer, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Devan and Dayton, brothers Frank Jr. and Charles Niihau, and sisters Johnette Stauffer and Juanita Kaopuiki. Private services.
