74Melencio Alfonso "Mel" Gonzales, 79, of Wahiawa, a retired assistant baker at Napoleon's Bakery, died in Aiea. He was born in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. He is survived by wife Adoracion "Jean"; sons Harry, Henry, Melencio and Armando; daughters Elizabeth Flormata, Cecilia Quidez, Cristina Yamamoto, Rowena Quevedo and Veronica Hong; brother Gregorio; sister Liwayway Florendo; 20 grandchildren; and four great-grand- children. Visitation: 6 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Thursday and 11:30 a.m. Friday. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
