BRADLEY MINEO KOBAYASHI
Passed away peacefully at home on October 15, 2012 after a brief illness. Brad was born in Kona and went on to serve with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. After returning home he worked for Hawaiian Telephone/Verizon, retiring in 2001. His retirement years were spent traveling and puttering in the yard, but mostly as "Mr.Mom", devoting himself to his family. He is survived by wife, Karen; daughters, Kari, Jenni and Leigh; father, Goro; brothers, David (Kiyomi) and Jonathan (Cynthia); sister, Diane (Larry) Doyle. Brad was pre-deceased by his mother, Natsuko. Services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Visitation to begin at 3 p.m.
