Teresita Montero "Tessie" Francisco, 55, of Honolulu, a former Convalescent Center of Honolulu employee, died in Honolulu. She was born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by son Mark, daughter Mary Jane Poblete, brother Roger Montero, sister Dolly Quebral and four grandchildren. Visitation:10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: noon. Burial:12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
