Carl Yukio Ozaki, 77, of Mililani, a retired Department of Defense electronic engineer, died in Mililani. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Gertrude K.; daughters Carlene Ozaki-Morishige, Cynthia Takamoto and Carolyn Ozaki; sister Lily Arasato; and four grandchildren. Private services.
