79Phyllis Hinae Heirakuji, 68, of Makawao, Maui, a retired state employee, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Wally M., son Royden, daughter Sonya Kurisu, mother Margaret Tanna, brothers Sanford and Earl Tanna, and a grandchild.
