Karyn Mary O'Brien, 55, of Mountain View, Hawaii, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Michigan. She is survived by son Christopher Snavley; daughters Dawn Martin and Crystal and Jennifer O'Brien; brothers Bill and Dennis; sisters Charry Moore and Pam O'Brien; and three grandchildren. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Saturday at the family residence in Hawaiian Acres. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
