Richard Chinyei Kaneshiro, 91, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government supervisor, planner and estimator at Hickam Air Force Base, and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Pearl City. He is survived by sons Timothy R. and David T., daughter Erlene M. Wright, eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: noon Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m. Aloha attire.
