73Amelita Fernando Zablan, 62, of Waipahu, a Legal Aid Society of Hawaii legal secretary, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines. She is survived by husband Joel B.D.; son Joel F. Jr.; daughter Meliza F.; brothers Melanio G., Arturo G. and Fabian N. Fernando; and sisters Mercedes F. Mallari, Elisa Zablan, Regina F. Lintag and Norma F. Pekic. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
