Jitsumu "Jits" Tamura, 92, of Kapolei, a retired city Parks and Recreation Department employee and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Kapolei. He was born in Waianae. He is survived by son Jack A., daughter Amy M. Oshita, sister Shinobu Kawano and three grandchildren. Private services.
