HERMINA SOUZA Age 78, of Makawao, Maui, passed away October 22, 2012 in Makawao. Born May 27, 1934 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Retired from the housekeeping and day care industry. She is survived by daughters, Bernadette (Jaime) Tabol, Mary Ann (Leslie) Morreira; brother, Alfred Smith; 5 grandchildren; 4 great- grand- children.
