James K. Aweau, also known as "Jimmy" and "Biggie," 78, of Waianae, a retired Pacific Construction heavy equipment operator and fisherman, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Blossom; sons Kimo Miranda and Jeffrey and Scott Aweau; daughters Laurie Nii and Beth Aweau; brothers Rawlins "Tako" and Arthur; sisters Alice Flores, Audrey Loo, Shirley Camara and Gloria "Tootsie" Agres; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Kahaluu Key Project, 47-200 Waihee Road. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
