Peter K. Shimazu, 87, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Shop 30 marine machine mechanic and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Helen Y., son Keith K., daughters Lana S. Lewis and Cheryl C. Matsumoto, sister Kiyoko, four grandchildren and two geat-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. March 9 at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Inurnment: 11:30 a.m. March 11 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
