Bill Smith, 88, ofKaneohe, a retired city water safety director and a Navy veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Moana P.; sons Riley and Kimo; daughters Billi and Maureen; sisters Leila Davenport, Leona Peroff, UlulaniMalani and Stephanie Aiona; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
