72Gary H. Matsumura, 93, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a retired Kauai Police Department lieutenant, died in Garden Island Healthcare Center. He was born in Kapaa, Kauai. He is survived by family and friends. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Inurnment at a later date.
