73Frances Margaret Taira, 78, of Honolulu, a retired professor of nursing at Loyola University, died in Manoa Cottage. She was born in Glasgow, Scotland. She is survived by sons Al and Paul J., daughter Deborah Juarez, sister Sheila Kush and eight grandchildren. Private services.
