Robert Howard Harker, 79, of Honolulu, owner of Jumpin Bean Restaurant, a Navy veteran and an actor on "Magnum, P.I." and "Hawaii Five-0," died. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by son Howard T. Mariteragi, daughter Sherry, sister Dorothy Nall, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services at a later date.
