Kathleen Esther "Kathy" Miller, 56, of Los Angeles died in Los Angeles. She was born in Kahuku. She is survived by daughters Khristeen Scruggs and Karin Miller; parents Vicente and Christina Ramelb; brothers Robert and Edward Ramelb; sisters Bernie, Elisa and Lori-Ann Ramelb; and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Aloha or casual attire. Flowers welcome.
