Hiroshi "Sonny" Inouye, 87, of Hilo, a retired state Department of Accounting and General Services painting supervisor and an Army veteran, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Evelyn; sons Craig and Dwayne; daughter Doreen Koizumi; brothers Alex, Harry and Walter; sister Patsy Adachi; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
