Jack Donald Peters, 96, of Kailua, a retired air traffic control specialist and a Navy veteran, died in Kailua.He was born in Wichita, Kan. He is survived by daughters Diane P. Fallas and Katy P. Maberry, and two grandchildren. Service spending. Donations suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
