83Sumi Watanabe Okawa, 96, of Honolulu, a retired University of Hawaii speech instructor and state Department of Education teacher at Aiea and Pauoa elementary schools, died in Manoa Senior Care. She was born in Stockton, Calif. She is survived by daughter Gail Y., son Benn S., caregiver/daughter-in-law Judy Okawa and two grandchildren. Visitation:2 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services:3 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
