William Tokuichi Higa, also known as "Willie"and "Bill," 84, of Honolulu, a HawaiianMiso and Soy Co. owner and an Army veteran, died in Care Center of Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Hisako C.; sons Alvin T. and Harold M.; daughter JeanH. Kop; brothers Roy, George and Ronald; sisters NancyIsa, Marjorie Okimoto and Rena Higa; and two grandchildren. Visitation:5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi GardenMortuary. Services:6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
