Phillips; son, James (Rachel) Phillips; daughters, Terry Ann (Darren) Tamekazu of Kauai, HI, Mary Ann (Nick) James of WA; sisters, Fumie, Kazuyo, Ikuyo of Japan; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grand- children.
