Emiko Phillips, 82, of Waipahu died. She was born in Yokohama, Japan. She is survived by husband Edward R.; son James; daughters Terry Ann Tamekazu and Mary Ann James; sisters Fumie, Kazuyo and Ikuyo; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
