72Theodore Kazuo "Ted" Kubota, 75, of Honolulu, a retired TimesSuper Market administrator and purchaser, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Myrna F., sons Kerric and Cory, sisters Doreen Yuen and Eloise Kubota, and two grandchildren. Private services.
