80Laurel Lynn Machado, 58, of Kapaa, Kauai, a seamstress, died at home. She was born in California. She is survived by husband Roy, sons Vaughn and Ray, daughters Regina Keale and Leila Machado, parents Russell and Edna Adamczuk, brother Howard Adamczuk, sister Gayle Larkin, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
