74Wayne Raymond "Spanky" Kamakea, 44, of Waianae, a tour bus driver at Ilima Tours, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Tracy, son Nainoa Acasia-Kamakea, daughter Lokelani Acasia-Kamakea, father John Jr., brothers George Jr. and Felecito Rivera, and sister Ruby R.M. Rellin. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at 89-543 Pohakunui Ave., Nanakuli. Casual attire. Lei welcome; no wreaths.
