75Susan Lynn Harper, 58, of Keaau, Hawaii, a U.S. government oil spill cleaner and a certified diver, died at home. She was born in Saipan. She is survived by husband Blaine Perguson, parents John and Lou, brothers Gary and Wayne, and sisters Linda M. Hunt and Deborah Bentley. Private services.
