George Shoichi Minami, 87, of Pearl City, a retired Department of the Navy accountant and a Navy veteran, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Kapaa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Vivian S. and sister Florence Tsuji. Private services.
