72Jill Nicole Garnett, 26, of Waimea, Kauai, formerly of Sunset Beach, Calif., a Napali Boat Cruises manager, will be remembered in a celebration of life 1 p.m. today at MacArthur Park, Kekaha Beach. She died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Huntington Beach, Calif. She is survived by mother Kim and brothers Joseph and David.
