81Betty Jean DeCoito Phillips, 80, of Hilo, a homemaker, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by daughters Wanda Bello, Roanne Ha and Kelly Matsu; sisters Winona Tadio and Lynette Mareko; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
