Franklin S. Kelly, 81, of Honolulu, a meeting and convention coordinator and an Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Pennsylvania. He is survived by wife Marvie, sons Patrick and Palani, brother Andrew and sister Mary Creadick. Private services.
