Born: August 12, 1955 Died: March 27, 2013 Samantha Medcalf of Honolulu passed peacefully March 27, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. She was cared for at her home by her family. She is survived by her husband Don Medcalf, her son Jason D'Ambrosio of Japan, Brian Medcalf of Honolulu and Lori Penitani of Maui, her mother and step father Carol Shea, and Ron Shea, and her father Robert Joseph D'Ambrosio, her brother Robert Charles D'Ambrosio and his wife Lucy of Honolulu, her sisters Debbie D"Ambrosio and her nephew Devin of Massachusetts, Cindy D'Ambrosio and her nephew Eric of Maine, grandson Keiffer Lym of California, granddaughter Niki Johnson of Honolulu, Brittani Hemphill of Florida, Grandson Villiami of Maui. Grandsons Brian and Dylan of North Carolina... Mahalo to her friends and family and all those who helped with her care -- she will be in our hearts forever, and we miss and love her. A Celebration of Life for Samantha will be held on: Wednesday April 3, 2013; Time: 5:30pm. to 7:00pm; Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary on the corner of Nuuanu Ave & Kukui St., Downtown Honolulu, 20 S. Kukui Street, 96813-2319.
