DORIS MARY (CAMACHO) TEIXEIRA
Beloved and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother of Waimanalo, passed away on April 19, 2013 at the age of 82. Born on May 7, 1930, she was loved and respected by all who knew her, and known for her delicious cooking, especially pasteles and gandule rice. She was the loving wife of the late Ernest Souza Teixeira, the mother of the late Gary Ernest (Beatta) Teixeira and survived by sons Gregory & Gordon (Anna); Daughters Sheila (Edward) Lando & Shelly (Barrett) Vickery. She was also survived by sister Evelyn (Walter) Kiyabu, 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at St. George Parish in Waimanalo on Tuesday, May 7. Visitation will be from 8:30 am, mass at 11:30. Burial to follow at Veterans Cemetery, Hawaiian Memorial at 2 p.m. Casual attire.
